Dr. Johnson Ouma | Founder Founder Principal Consultant

Dr. Johnson Ouma is a biomedical research scientist, Research and Development leader,
neglected tropical diseases expert, systems and institutional strengthening specialist, strategic
partnerships consultant, and leadership mentor with more than 25 years of experience across
Africa.
His work spans:

Dr. Ouma has worked with governments, ministries of health and agriculture, WHO,
international NGOs, research institutions, donors, and private sector organizations across
Africa.He played a key technical role in supporting Kenya’s successful WHO validation of elimination of
rhodesiense Human African Trypanosomiasis (rHAT) as a public health problem and has
contributed to multiple disease elimination and health systems strengthening initiatives across
the continent.Beyond technical consultancy, Dr. Ouma is passionate about transformational leadership,
mentorship, family strengthening, and formation-centered development through the HEART-
